Applying Agile To Hardware Development… We’re Not That Different After All

“Applying Agile To Hardware Development… We’re Not That Different After All” was part of the program for Agile2011, Aug8-12 in Salt Lake City, UT! The talk went incredibly well. Great questions and feedback were the highlight of the conference for me personally though a close second was a feeling that the agile hardware and embedded communities are not only alive, but growing fast.

Here’s a link to the Agile2011 website with more information. I should have the slides posted there shortly if they aren’t there already.

Agile2011 Daily Reports

Agile2011 was a great conference. Highly recommend it for anyone even remotely interested in the way they develop software or hardware. To help people follow along, each night at the conference, I did a run-down of the day’s highlights. Here’s some pointers to days 1 through 4.
